اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ مُنْكَرَاتِ الْأَخْلَاقِ وَالْأَعْمَالِ وَالْأَهْوَاءِ وَالْأَدْوَاءِ

Transliteration: Allaahumma innee a'oodhu bika min munkaraatil-akhlaqi wal-a'maali wal-ahwaa'i wal-adwaa'

Translation: O Allah, I seek refuge in You from evil manners, evil deeds, evil desires, and evil diseases.
