I seek refuge in the might and power of Allah from the evil of what I experience — Illness

أَعُوذُ بِعِزَّةِ اللَّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ

Transliteration: A'oodhu bi'izzatillaahi wa qudratihi min sharri maa ajidu wa uhaadhir

Translation: I seek refuge in the might and power of Allah from the evil of what I experience and fear. (Place hand on the area of pain)
